- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Faced with the bleak option of Proserpine breakfast options on a Saturday morning, we popped into the Blaze Cafe for some takeaway. After viewing the extensive menu, we opted to dine in and boy are we glad we did! Portion sizes were generous to say the least. The omelettes were fluffy and delicious and the Mick's Hangover was a winner. Coffee was good but not the best we've had.
